By accessing or using Camporee.app, operated by Suubi Innovations, Inc. ("Suubi Innovations", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are registering on behalf of a minor, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the minor.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Camporee.app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading registration information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at team@suubiinno.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Organizer Responsibilities

Camporee event organizers who use Camporee.app to manage events are responsible for:

• Ensuring that all participant data collected is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws
• Providing accurate event information to participants
• Obtaining appropriate consents from participants and their guardians
• Ensuring that SMS messaging is only sent to individuals who have voluntarily opted in
• Maintaining appropriate supervision and safety standards at all events

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Camporee.app — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Suubi Innovations, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Camporee.app without express written permission.

6. SMS Messaging

• Message types include: registration confirmations, event reminders, schedule updates, volunteer coordination, emergency alerts, and account notifications.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Photography & Media

If you grant photo permission during registration, Camporee.app may use images in event communications and recaps. No full names of minors will be published alongside photos without separate consent. You may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suubi Innovations, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Camporee.app or participation in any Camporee event. Participation in Camporee events involves inherent risks. By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

10. Changes to Terms

Suubi Innovations, Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of Camporee.app following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or through the platform.
