Camporee is a church event management and communication platform operated by Suubi Innovations, Inc.
Camporee users may optionally consent to receive recurring informational text messages related to their church, event registration, or Camporee account. SMS participation is optional and is disabled by default.
Messages May Include
- Registration confirmations
- Event announcements
- Schedule updates
- Event reminders
- Volunteer coordination
- Safety or emergency notifications
- Other event-related communications
How Users Opt In
Users opt in through Camporee's public SMS opt-in form: https://camporee.app/sms-optin
Users voluntarily enter their mobile phone number and must actively select a separate SMS consent checkbox before submitting the form.
The SMS consent checkbox:
- Is unchecked by default
- Is separate from general Terms and Conditions
- Is separate from the Privacy Policy
- Is not required to create an account
- Is not required to register for an event
- Is not required to participate in Camporee services
- Requires an intentional action by the user
Consent Disclosure
The consent disclosure states:
"By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring informational text messages from Camporee regarding registration confirmations, event announcements, schedules, reminders, volunteer coordination, safety alerts, and other event-related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase, registration, or participation."
Camporee records the user's consent status, mobile phone number, timestamp, consent source, and current SMS enrollment status before sending text messages.
Camporee does not infer SMS consent from the presence of a mobile phone number.
Opting Out
Users may reply STOP to any Camporee text message at any time.
After receiving an opt-out request, Camporee stops future automated messages to that phone number and may send one final confirmation message.

Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on the user's registrations, event participation, account activity, and communication preferences.
Message and data rates may apply according to the user's wireless carrier and mobile plan.
Privacy
Camporee does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, or text-messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Camporee may use telecommunications, hosting, or technology providers solely to deliver the messaging services requested by the user.
