Camporee provides optional text-message notifications to users who explicitly opt in. Messages may include event updates, registration reminders, schedule changes, account notifications, group communications, check-in information, and safety or weather-related alerts.

How to Opt In
Users voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages from Camporee by checking an optional consent checkbox on Camporee registration forms. The checkbox is never pre-selected, never required to complete registration, and is separate from all other consents (including email, photo, and general Terms acceptance). Consent is never a condition of registration, account creation, or participation in any event.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the user's account activity, event participation, and notification preferences. You may receive more messages immediately before or during a scheduled event.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to the user's wireless carrier and mobile plan. Camporee does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard rates may apply.
Opting Out
Users may reply STOP to any Camporee text message to unsubscribe from future messages. The following keywords are all recognized as opt-out requests:
After opting out, the user may receive one final confirmation message. No additional messages will be sent unless the user provides consent again through an approved Camporee opt-in process.

Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, account creation, or participation unless SMS communication is specifically required for an emergency-notification service that the user voluntarily selects. Consent is obtained through an explicit, unchecked checkbox with full disclosure of the program terms shown inline.
Supported Carriers
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Camporee works with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.
Privacy
Camporee protects mobile information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and text-messaging opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Camporee may share information with service providers that help operate its messaging services (telecommunications, hosting, and technology providers) solely as necessary to provide the requested services. These providers may not use mobile information for their own marketing.
